Our Terms of Service

NewWays business hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

NewWays Wireless Networking (NWWN) provides service under the following terms:

Safety and Security: 
 NewWays Wireless Networking cares about families. Therefore, all of our network, residential and business subscribers alike, have content blocking enabled. While we can not guarentee that no objectionable material will make it past our firewall, we strive to have a family friendly network that parents and employers can trust.
NewWays has the sole right and authority to determine what constitutes objectionable material. We have the right to the terminate any subscription the uses any of our servers or other equipment to store or transmit such objectionable material.
Residential: 
 NewWays Wireless Networking will provide service at up to the data transfer rate requested by the customer, provided the customer's account is less than 15 days past due. The service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with total downtime not to exceed 2% per year.
NWWN will respond to requests for service within 8 business hours.
Business>
NewWays Wireless Networking will provide service at up to the data transfer rate requested by the customer, provided the customer's account is less than 15 days past due. The service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with total downtime not to exceed 1% per year.
NWWN will respond to requests for service within 2 hours for total site outages and within 4 business hours for other outages. We will respond within 1 business day for non-outage issues.
